Document Intelligence: Create Deals from Documents

You can now upload documents and automatically create deals using AI-powered extraction. Upload individual files or entire folders using drag-and-drop, then watch extraction progress in real time while the system identifies key deal details.

Once processing is complete, you can review AI-suggested field values, make edits if needed, and create a deal directly from the extracted information. Batch processing allows multiple documents to be uploaded and reviewed simultaneously, with bulk actions available to approve or dismiss results.

Why it Matters

Deal teams often receive teasers, CIMs, and other documents that contain valuable deal information. Document Intelligence automatically converts these documents into structured deal records, eliminating manual data entry and significantly speeding up the deal intake process.


Network Scout Improvements

Network Scout now delivers more accurate relationship paths. Results now:

  • show correct company links
  • display funding amounts instead of stage labels
  • remove duplicate company suggestions
  • exclude your own firm from suggestions
  • include contacts surfaced via OCR, ownership data, or organizational membership

Relationship intelligence is only useful if it is accurate. These improvements make introduction paths more reliable.


Network Match Background Processing

CSV uploads for Network Match now process in the background and support up to 2,000 rows. You’ll receive a notification when results are ready.

Why it Matters

Large contact lists can now be matched against your network without interrupting your workflow.


Inline Action Menu for Lists

A new “+” button on Company and Deal list rows allows you to quickly add notes or reminders directly from list rows without opening a detail page.

Why it Matters

This makes it easier to capture follow-ups while reviewing pipelines or company lists.


Mobile App Stability Improvements

Several stability improvements were implemented across the mobile app, including fixes for crashes during extended use, Android deal list issues, and search reliability.


Improved Mobile Search

Search now supports deal-name matching, improved whitespace handling, and more accurate results across mobile.


Mobile Dashboard Search Redesign

Dashboard search now uses a modern card-based design with company logos, making results easier to scan.


Mobile Deal List Badges

Deal cards now display a badge indicating which deal list they belong to in search results.


Faster Page Loads and Sync

Performance improvements reduce load times across the platform by optimizing database queries and mobile sync behavior.


Mass Email Improvements

Test emails now render properly formatted HTML instead of raw content, and verification steps now show the correct company names for contact-type deals.


Chrome Extension Improvements

The Chrome extension now includes a password visibility toggle and improved company search behavior during deal flow creation.

CSV Contact Matching via Network Match

Upload a CSV file to match contacts against your firm's relationship network. Matches are grouped by confidence level, allowing you to accept or reject results before downloading an enriched contact list.

Why it matters

This makes it easy to uncover warm introductions across large contact lists.


Network Scout Dashboard Widget

A new dashboard widget suggests companies worth exploring based on recent meetings in your network. Toggle between personal and team views or request introductions directly from the widget.


Inline Notes and Reminders on Lists

You can now add notes and reminders directly from the company and deal list rows. Notes support rich text and reminders include assignees and due dates.


Curated Report Templates

The report builder now includes a “From a template” tab with pre-built reports for contacts, deals, interactions, and lifecycle analytics.


Column Charts for Reports

Reports now support vertical column charts in addition to bar and pie charts, with chronological ordering for date-based data.


Email and Meeting Activity Columns

New list columns allow you to quickly see:

  • Last Email
  • Last Meeting
  • Next Meeting

These columns support sorting and filtering.


Deal Report Secondary Pivots

Deal reports now support Owner and Source as secondary pivots, providing more flexibility when analyzing pipelines.


Multi-Company Merge

The merge wizard now supports merging up to 10 companies at once, with improved conflict resolution during the process.


Email Sync Account Removal

Admins can now remove individual Gmail or Outlook accounts from email sync settings without losing previously synced interactions.


Zapier Deal Export Enhancements

Zapier exports now include associated contact details, such as first name, last name, and email address.

New list columns display the number of associated deals and sourced deals for contacts and companies.


Funnel Stage Exclusion Filters

Funnel reports now allow you to exclude non-linear stages, such as Passed On or On Hold, for more accurate pipeline analysis.


Send Test Emails for Mass Email Campaigns

You can now send test emails to up to three recipients before launching a campaign to verify merge fields and formatting.


Kanban Stage Count Badges
